It's that time of year when I start to think of all the things I want to accomplish in life. I have lost 70 pounds in the last 6 months or so. No workout, no running, no exercise to speak of just eating every 3 hours, mostly bananas, chicken breast, rice, and healthy snack bars. I eat when i am hungry and I do not eat till i feel "full".
