I did a cycle of deca 2yrs ago. I did not do it right. I started my cycle but then started to party and did not want to throw it away so i finished it. Doing 500mg a week. I still got results but it was mostly water retention. Will doing EQ now do anything for me now. How much a week should i do. I am eating 250-300g protein daily and 200g carbs. I have a good physique just want to add some moer muscle and dont want to look like i am using gear. Any recommendations welcomed. Thanks.
