Hey everyone, okay, so I am new the site and even newer to the idea of taking anything to help me gain mass. Just to touch base on the background of me I am a 30 year old male 6' 4" and 195lbs. I think my body fat is roughly 13 or 14%. My goal is to be around 215 lbs and roughly 7 to 9% body fat (with a fully functional and long lasting erection.)
