hi people....i am Jassar...24 male....188 pounds..with 10-15% body fat..... so i have 4 years workout experience.......i was thinking of using ANADROL 50........ please can you tell me ...what dosage should i start with ....for how many weeks.....and is there anything which i need to use with ANADROL.....should i lift heavy weights wid ANADROL......AND What about DIET................ i have used T AND T before.....
