Hey, I have been working out 5 days a week consistently for 3 years now and I started working out when I was 13 and I'm currently 18. I've taken creatine with minimal gains and cytogainer with some gains and have also taken whey and casein protein with little gains. I'm 6'3 and weigh 197 with 8% body fat and I do cardio twice a week.
