I'm a former rugby collegiate athlete, I've done a couple of decca cylces, but it's been almost 3 years since I've touched any AAS.. I'm 24, 6ft tall, 195lbs, 15% BF (I think) and would like to lower my BF while adding good quality lean muslce while increasing strength.
