Cutting diet and whey protien

Hey thanks. Ok 6;2, around 320, im been bulking well a bit too long.
Well its usually, and i mean 2 weeks anyways 50protein from whey,chicken,steak or eggs, then about 20g fats from oil,peanut butter or almonds, but the almonds make me more hungry. So about 300p and 100 fat devided in 6 meals. I train reallly heavy, but usually only do basic movements like bench, squats. I have started doing the cardio 50 minutes jogging. I read somewhere else on here that it would be better if you did the 80% fats and 20%protein. That seems crazy, but im ot good at dieting. So what do you think about htat ratio 80/20, seems crazy, but it may be better for hunger as they said in the other suggestion. Yea i do need real food, i know. It would be better, just a thought, i figured it would be easier.
