I am 36 years old and looking to strengthen my whole body but mostly my back for new job. How do I get started?
I was injured in 2009 and need spinal fusion surgery too correct three bulging discs, but I can't afford the surgery as of yet. I am starting a very physical job as a labor foreman and need to strengthen my back and the rest of my body will follow. My doctor has me on 1000 mg vicodon 4 pills a day and I don't want to live like that for the rest of my life on vicodon because when I am hurting bad I take them like they are skittles.
