Was in the gym 7 days straight so i took two days off over the weekend (friday and saturday). Weigh in at 213.1 yesterday and my scale took a shit on me and ill have to buy another one, so I wont be able to bridge my data consistant for the first week as the two scales will no doubt read different but its only week one. No big I guess but my scale was a very nice digital scale. Oh well. **** um. Diet kinda dropped off over the weekend but nothing too durastic and im back on the horse today.
Woke up last night at about 3:37 am with a headache FROM HELL. I wanted to pluck my left eye out with a ****ing kabar. Managed to get back to bed at about 4:30am. Still can feel that headache. Nervous about the gym tonight for that reason, i dont want to agrevate this headache. I need to check my blood preasure today and make sure everything is in check.
Injection day tomorrow which will set me at inj #4. Strength gains are good right now thanks to dbol.
Leg workout yesterday consisted of:
Conventional Squat
1x10 @ 135lbs warm up
1x8 @ 225lbs
5x5 @ 285lbs
3x3 @ 315lbs
3x1 @ 385lbs
Hack Squat (Hammer Brand)
4x8 @ 270lbs (should have gone heavier, amazing how machines just take a TOUGH drill and make it easy)
Leg Extension
1x8 @ 75lbs
1x8 @ 85lbs
1x8 @ 95lbs
1x8@105lbs
(this was intended to be a warmdown and i simply couldnt find a good weight for the 4x8. Everything felt very light. Will up weight next time)
Glutes today are DESTROYED. I want to build some killer legs and its definetly going to have to involve a longer leg day. Maybe incorporate some front squat, lunges, and squat lunges, still need to find a good split so i can get more deadlift in for the hamstrings.
