Hello everyone I'm 22yrs old 6'2 237lbs body fat currently 18-20% I used to be 300lbs of pure fat I've lost all that weight but now I want to get that lean ripped look and drop body fat to at least 13-15% I've been training for at least 2yrs now I workout 3-5 days a week currently I'm about to get knee surgery so I won't be able to jog until further notice now does anybody know how much calories I need to Consume to loose fat but not muscles and how much carbs, fat and protein I need to get leaned ...
