Going into 6th Week

It is Sunday afternoon. Tomorrow is Monday so today is the last day of week 5 of my cycle. I just started with thursdays injection doing a full 500mg a week. Iwas actually doing between 420-450mg fior the first part of the cycle. As I said i would do, I used up my Anadrol that I had which ended up lasting for just overt 3 weeks I have been on Dianabol now for a little over a week at about 50-60mg a day. My weight as o0f Saturday was 271# and it makes it hard to tell how good the orals are because I am so good at adding weight even without AAS! I think it would be very hard for the orals to "balloon me up another 20 pounds so only gaining 10 or so pounds off of them I guess is fine. I really had bigger expectations from what I remember from last time I did Dianabol but I guess last time I was only 220# not 270#! Strength gains have been steady right through from the start of the orals
My bench has gone from 315# for 2 with a struggle at week 1 to what I am saying will be 315 for 9-10 reps easily on nTuesday or Wednesday when I do chest again! I guess I could not ask for more! from my calculations, my bench has went from about 350# (guessing) to what I can safely say is over 400# right now! Probably more like 415# (I can always do 405# when I get 315# for 8 and I am past that) My shoulder presses have gone from a 175# for 4 on my last set to yesterday I did 245# for 6 yesterday! Body is starting to look better but nothing great yet. Still this is a bulker and until the end when I lose the water weight I have and stert doing a small amount of cardio will I know where I am! I have started doing 3 sets of decline sit ups everyday after my workout. it is not much nbut it will keep my stomach hard for when I start cuttimng up a little.. More to come......
