alright chap's, just starting a course, and was told to start of with 1 shot of sus and 1 shot of t 400 a week plus was told i'd see results in a week taking them two together. does that sound good, because everyone keeps telling me different stuff and i would like to know from someone thats tried them both together? thanx people!
