Hi there, I'm a 37 year old female. My weight is 130, my bmi is 23, my body fat is 33% I strength train 4 days a week and do 150 minutes of cardio per week. My diet is low Carb, low fat, high protein, & high fiber. I consume 1200-1400 calories daily. I would like to lose body fat and was wondering if a few cycles of anavar will help. Will anavar make me more lean? Will I get some definition? Any suggestions? Cheers
