Red Hard Sore Sus250 Injection Site

I'm currently using sus350 'Testoblin' I'm bridging on 250mg a week and have done Sus before. My first Jab hurt and corked a little. My second Jab on the different glute is red, sore & hard!!!! It will be the 3rd day tomorrow and I'm hoping it will get better????? I'm going to keep an eye on the redness but how long do u think till it should be better?

I am applying heat, massaging and the whole injection site is hard, I'm on holidays on Saturday and wondering how long I should wait too see my doc for antibiotics? Does anyone think it's worthwhile popping in tomorrow just incase? Lol will it subside? Is it an infection? (I've been jabbing for yrs and have been very sterile) a Jab has never got this hard or swollen...I also did a mad leg session on that day but doms wouldn't of kicked in..... Suggestions?????
