Hi there, I'd like your advise / thoughts on the following cycle I plan to run. Firstly, know that my body is a stubborn minx and takes a lot to get it to behave on fat loss. My stats are 5'11 , 148 lbs. I train cardio 6x week (running 5 miles daily)and weight train hard and heavy 6x a week. I eat clean, cheat day Saturday.
