I need some help putting my old butt back together. I am 37 years old and have let myself go pretty bad. I am 5'9" and 280 lbs. I have been working out on and off since I was 15. Great frame just way to fat right now. I am on cypionate right now cause I am old lol. For once in my life I want to rip up, what can I stack with the test and aI good diet to cut this fat and see all the muscle that is under this gut.
