How long is a normal routine?

I have an awesome idea for a posing song I just need to know exactly how long I have to play it for. Isnt usally about 90 seconds?

90 seconds...... then its cut regardless. sometimes the a-hole thats playing the songs starts to fade it down at like 85seconds.

LOL not to be modest but actually when I show up at a show, I hear all types of low comments like, OH SH!T and DAMN. its really fun and funny to me, last competition I won 3 first place and 2 overalls. I love competing thats why i love to help bros out as much as possible.

not as long as one might think. 4 years now, I do 6 months cycles. I'm trying to make this cycle my last 6 monther and try some short cycle and see how that works for me. my aim is to get to darrem charles weight about 240lbs at 4%

1-8 T400 1600mg/week
4-16 EQ 600mg/week
9-17 Test E 2000mg/week
12-22 Tren100mg/ED

17-22 Masteron 100mg/ED
17-23 Anadrol 75 to 150mg/ED
GH 8iu 5/2
slin 20iu PWO EOMonth
IGF 40mcg between the slin and drop the gh to 2 iu when on

Well I'm about tired of those long cycles. I now want to try short cycles. i'll get to do more per year hopefully yielding me more gains per year.
