    Mr. Ment1on & Carlos Comp.

Here are 2 of my pictures from the competition. I'm in the Yellow trunks. I weighted in at 198lbs. the guy next to me weighted in at 223lbs. this is the Masters Heavy Weight, Ovre 176lbs is Heavy Weight. I took 4th place.
I got 2nd call out in the Open Light Heavy but got bumped to 6th place.
Wait for Carlos to tell you his placing, and put up his pictures if he chooses. all I can tell you is we were not in the same class. and he looked and did Damn good.

I actually did a half ass diet and NO cardio , lol so I expected the placement I got, however I did look better than I anticipated. it was a partial experiment to learn more about my body and I learned a whole lot, so it was a good experience. I learned that I really dont have to diet as hard and deplete myself as much. I can come in full from now on, all I needed was a clean diet and about 2 to 3 weeks of cardio to come in ripped and shredded.

Yea that dude was 25lbs heavier than I was and he looked like he had 12 1/2 extra pounds in each legs over me, lol. cause his upper body was the same size as mine or even smaller.

I was packing up my stuff to leave then the director of the show came back stage looking for me and told Victor and I there was a screw up in scoring and I did place.

The top 5 in open were the same as masters accept for 1 person. The 5th open placing didn't make sense considering 2 of the guys who placed higher were also in masters and I beat them in masters yet didn't in open. The guys who got 3rd and 4th place had a look of confusion on their faces when the placings were called. I just smiled, accepted the trophy and said thank you.
This was taken towards the end of the night after I ate a big plate of jerk chicken and garlic mashed potatoes. (It was damn good!) I was waiting to go out for the trophies and didn't care how I looked. I emailed the photographer and asked him to send me high res comparison pictures. When I get them I'll post them up.

Honestly bro that is as close to perfection in my eyes. I would be 110% happy if I can get like that someday. Way to kick ass.

Nay they are only 19's at competition 20's off season, when they get up to 21's for competition and 22's off season then I'll be happy about them, lol. 2 more inches onthe arms and 3 more inches on the legs is my goal.

About 10 pounds. I'm trying to take it easy with the junk and slowly come off the contest diet. I'm not trying to gain 40 pounds in 2 weeks.
