I think it's fine, I do it about 15 minutes after my cardio session.
Why wouldnt it be ok?
i dunno thats why i asked, i was a little confused. I heard pple say they wait 45 min after cardio and then others say eat within 45min. I guess its fine aslong as its pro/fat.Quote:
