Anyway to convert fat/carbs/protein to calories easy??
The reason I ask is i dont want to have to go through every piece of chicken, potatoe, lean beef, etc and count all the calories, but I do know what my protein/carb/fat intake is every meal(and no I dont take all those in at the same time) and the total for the day, I was just wondering if there is anyway you can say, "Ok, I'm taking in x grams of protein a day, x grams of fat a day, and x grams of carbs a day, so that should equal to x calories. " Is this even possible??? Thanks Bro's!! :hello:
