Meal 1: one cup of oatmeal in water. 5.5 egg whites.
Meal 2: Chicken spread on wheat. 1 can of tuna
Meal 3: 1 Bannana
Meal 4: Nitrotech protein shake 45 grams, 1 can of tuna, 5.5 egg whites
Meal 5: half of a meatball sub.
Meal 6: Protein bar 25grams of p.
How does this look? I know the meatball sub is pushing it but it wouldnt be an everyday thing. My goal is to cut bodyfat.
