I agree with ya, it's hard for me to keep a solid diet because I work between 40 and 50 hours a week so I rely on tuna while at work. Some people at work give me this stupid look for eating healthy stuff all the time but one day when I'm 80 years old I will still look and feel better than them. That's my motivation, yeah I have some not so perfect workouts but every day I give it my all it's one more step ahead of all the wanna be's I work with.
