glutamine 10grams once morning and once night
meal 1-8eggwhites+one yolk+ 0.5cup of oatmeal protein:carbs:35gprotein:30g carbs
meal2 protein shake: 25g protein: 5carbs
meal3: tuna + salad 50gprotein : 5g carbs
workout
meal 4- pwo shake protein 50g protein :80g carbs
meal 5- 2weiners +slasa 10gprotein + 15carbs (please help here specialy that is as cheap but better nutrition)
meal 6- 2chicken breast+salad 50gprotein: 5grams carbs
