please critique and change my diet if necessary..
please critique and change my cut diet if necessary....anywhere
suppliment 3grams of ala+ 3grams of flax seed+ olive oil
glutamine 10grams once morning and once night
meal 1-8eggwhites+one yolk+ 0.5cup of oatmeal protein:carbs:35gprotein:30g carbs
meal2 protein shake: 25g protein: 5carbs
meal3: tuna + salad 50gprotein : 5g carbs
workout
meal 4- pwo shake protein 50g protein :80g carbs
meal 5- 2weiners +slasa 10gprotein + 15carbs (please help here specialy that is as cheap but better nutrition)
meal 6- 2chicken breast+salad 50gprotein: 5grams carbs

What the hell is that? Is that meal 10 grams protein and 15 grams carbs? If so, MAJOR mistake.

10 grams of protein in any meal is low. Try to get a combination from 30-60 grams of
protein per meal.
