unofficial bulking sticky

hey guys, im takin the next couple months to bulk up! im following the "unoffical bulking" sticky. I was just lookin for some input on the meals that i consumed today to see if they were up to par with the suggestions in the sticky

meal one: oatmeal/shake
workout
PWO: banana/shake
meal 2: toast with sugerfree jam
meal 3: 4 tblsp of PB and a chicken boob
meal 4: tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread with apple
meal 5: 4 tblsp of PB and a shake
meal 6: some chicken concocksion wrapped in pastry with cheese and pees


any comments on cleaning this baby up or not? :scratch:

ps: dinner during the week is normally very clean, 2 chicken boobs a salad and a potato. :lift:

Nope, not really up to par w/the sticky. I believe there is a list of foods and combos you want in that sticky.

As well, about 9000 people have that as their avatar on the Net, you'd think people would want some originality. It's a nice ass, but it's only an ass........

is the peanut butter alright while bulking?....like total max 8 tablespoons per day, even if that? :lift:

All depends on where you incorporate the PB ( what meals, how much per meal, etc.)

Also depends on your goals and body type.... some may be able to get away with eating that much PB without gaining some fat, while others cant.... some bulkers dont even care how much fat they gain....

Couple different variables to consider bro

I don't know which bulking sticky you read, but it wasn't the one here.

Why don't go go back, reread it then just change the amounts of reach your dietary needs by bodyweight.
