How soon can I go to the gym after my pro/carb breakfest? Somedays I wish
I could go right after because I have a busy schedule with school and work. If needed my breakfest is:
3/4 cup oats
9 tblspn. eggwhites
1/2 fat-free cottage cheese
1/2 scoop protein
TOTAL= 5g fat, 49 carbs, 48g pro
