guys im getting horribly sick of eggwhites and have been looking for ways to kill the tase. my latest gimmick is whipping eggwhites in a blender and adding dextrose and some vanilla extract. once its foamed up i put in a baking dish and bake 45 mins. tastes awesome but my only concern is if the protein could get degraded in the porcess. if not the i think i have a winner here!
