Diet trouble
Hey everyone im on a small income right now i am at the gym twice a day morning and night prbally to much im not very knowledgable in the acronyms of the diet talk on here i know my Diet consist of this
Grilled chicken Gut into picecs in a salad for times a day im losing weight slowly what do i need to do ... is there ne thing thats realitivly cheap as far as foods ect.......:icon_roll

ps im also taking GNC Creatine For times a day 1 hr b4 work out right after werk out at lunch then after nightly werkout...im so messed up huh.... point me in the right direction lol in laymans terms

Go read the stickies in the diet and workout forums, and for God sakes stop taking all that creatine.
