    SD + Bulking= Bloat????

    Is this normal to happen when doing this? Should it calm down when its over?

    not sure...is your bulking diet posted somewhere? bloat would depend on your diet

    superdrol (steroid)...never tried it myself...thought it might be the diet

    yeah its superdrol, and ive been bulking. going only on day 3 now, but its working pretty awesome so far. Its just this little bloating issue I have now.

    Probably diet related somehow, or not enough water and high sodium intake.

    Well, yeah, its gotta be my diet. Cuz I piss I dont know how many times a day, and its always clear, so im nice and hydrated with plenty of water. Sodium wise, I got that beef jerky, but water should help that. I thinks its my couple mixing of carb/fats....dammitt!

    Man I love beef jerky, dunno what I'd do w/out it as my snack when I have cravings.

    Compared to other protein sources I don't think it's great unless like you said, used as a snack or traveling.

    Bloat was common for me during the first week on SD.. Just keep trucking it will get better...

    should be drinking 1.5 - 2 gallons of H2O per day to keep bloat down IMO.

    Well, Im half way through today as of now. and the 2 shakes in my morning meals, I replaced with 2 chicken breast. I also took out the PBJ. Im still having the beef jerky, but cut it down a tad bit, and im drinking plenty of water. And so far, I feel, overall, better...just plain and simple better. I guess whole foods kick shakes ass! Ill keep posting letting ev1 know how my change is going. thanks!

    i'm not really sure why you would have any bloat with SD. it has a lot of diuretic properties. even with an excess of sodium i still din't see how you're bloating from it. i'm on my second week and i haven't had any bloat whatsoever.

    No biggie, just slight bloating. .. Could have been the amount of food consumed. Sh*t like 2-3 times a day during cycle.. Like a damn dog
    Eat lots of Bananas, so dropping the kids off at the pool is'nt as painful..

    Ok, so today I basically replaced 2 protein shakes with 2 chicken breast. got rid of my PBJ, and the bread of my ground beef, and just added some swiss cheese to make it a nice pro/fat meal. I felt more full throughout the day, and my stomach wasnt queezy at times, like it gets when I take shakes. I only took 2 shakes, 1 being PWO. Im thinking about hitting my cardio up to 4 days a week. But all in all, just in 1 day, I can already tell that those few changes (NewKid), I can actually feel and are helping me.

    So yeah, thanks ev1! especially NewKid, cuz you got my changes started.

    water decrease bloat????is there truth behind that???? man....i am currently on trenabol/deca.....(tryed with test 1nce...and gotta say...wasnt to happy with what happend to my size after it was over..shrunk dramatically....short period of time...) tren/deca lasted 7months after cycle...7months i was in portland studyin..but came back and was told i was gettin bigger...!so i will never leav these 2. sorry..off track..anyway..1.5 gallons of water a day would bloat my neck like i got stung by a 8inch wasp ...notice when i started just drinkin few bottles a day...there was no more bloat...
