protein?
I’m trying to figure out on how many grams of protein I need for each meal.
And I was wondering on how much is an enough?
I weigh in at 330lbs. I’m trying to make myself a menu (once it’s done, I will post for critique :wg:) of 50-30-20. My calories will be 4000 daily, pro cal will be 2000 = 500g a day. For each meal x 6 will be 83g of protein.

if you weigh 330 lbs then i whould calculate your LBM and use that number to decide on your protein comsumpstion.

I dont know my BF or LBM. But I'm sure it's high!

I dont think you need that much protein...but thats without seeing full stats etc
