SUCK!!! I am assuming every has a couple of days where they are completely lazy and just recovering, eating, resting etc. QQuestion is, do you change your macos? Reduce carbs?
Do you cut out a prebed shake or meal or is it still necessary?

I reduce my carbs on off days. But i'm a cardio addict so I really don't have an official off day. Today i won't be training tho, eventhough i did my cardio this morning. I'll have less carbs today and less fat but my protein intake will remain the same.
yeah off days are awesome.leave the mental aspect of them at the gym and eat and sleep man. if you want to... take a brisk 30 minute walk when you get up. but i'd prefer to lay around at eat. only difference in cals is i dont have my preworkout drink, my PWO and my PPWO is sometimes a pro/fat meal at the time i would normally train. so my carbs migh be lower by about 100g or so.
