wow, talk about random,
I guess as far as purposely usiing sugar it would be like 24 grams in the am with my oats, I use a couple of teaspoons with my oatmeal shake,
now that I think about it its probly like 48 grams, which is pretty absurd but I can get away with it.
60-120 grams with my pwo shake when I utilize dextrose, the sugar in an apple and the sugar in vegetables. That's it.Quote:
