I tend to wake up hungry in the middle of the night.
Would it be wise to prepare A protein shake before bed and use it when and if I get up in the middle of the night?
Any other suggestions would be great too.

If you wake up hungry, hunger is what wakes you up. give yourself a little fuel
before you sleep.
at least it has worked like a charm for me.
id do something with 0 carbs, i eat 1/2lb ground beef right before bed keeps me good through the night
Thanks for the input.
give cottage cheese or peanut butter a shot ... good for the sleeping body and should keep the hunger pangs away.
higher a ninja to guard the fridge at night...

You def want to stay away from carbs before you go to bed. You want to release GH by keeping that low blood sugar level. I would agree on the cottage cheese or lean meat.
alonds (huge handful) dry curd with sf syrup and some green tea.....perfecto!!
