this is probably not the best shake for anyone looking to cut, but i find it great when bulking:
One pint milk, 1 or 2 scoop protein powder (~30-60grams), 1 packet of nestle instant breakfast, 1 banana, 1 tblsp of oats. mix it all up. it tastes ok and has plenty protein/carbs.
that comes in at about 650-700 calories and about 80g of protein. again, its definitely not a cutting recipe!
