my mam gets shit food to be honest lol so im writing a shopping list for her to stick to for me.


at the moment i have ...

5 tubs of cottage cheese
bag of porridge oats
18 eggs
10 tins of tuna
10 bananas
1 lof of wholemeal bread
tray of fresh tomatoes
nuts and almonds
peanut butter
sweet potatoes
5 tubs of pain yoghurt
3 whole chickens
4 pints of low fat milk
crate of bottled water

any other ideas?

i wont just be eating this stuff but its a guide line for my mother bless her lol



ps this is for 5 days as ona weekend i treat my self and eat out along with the usual
