    bulking grocery list...

let me know if there is anything you think i am forgetting...seriously.

    f/f cottage cheese
    ANPB
    skim milk
    eggs
    tuna
    yams
    almonds
    chicken
    brocolli
    f/f cheese
    ALA
    Vit. C.
    oats
    splenda
    whole wheat pasta
    berries (blue/rasp)
    flax oil
    s/f angelfood cake
    crystal lite
    cinnamon
    (as lean as possible) beef
    salmon filets
    eye round steak

i'm starting my diet prep and i am figuring what foods i will use, so let me know... by teh way some may look weird but that's because i'm almost out (like the cinnamon, splenda, and ALA for example)

thanks spound, i might use like the f/f spray and olive oil... but i don't use them to cook often. i just don't need them. but you did add a few small things like i said that i might give a try with.

one of my main purposes of this thread was to always have my grocery list handy so i could look at what i needed

You're gonna need some s/f & f/f chocalate pudding. Throw in a couple scoops of chocolate whey to make it protein pudding. Then put it on some of Jayhova's pancakes, pour on a little s/f syrup, and you got a kick ass sunday morning breakfast. mmmmmmmm.

    I'm going to IHOP now.

yeah notice i have all the ingredients to his pancakes on the list . best thing in the world next to natty PB. good call on the s/f f/f pudding. and i might buy some casein protein for the purpose of protein pudding alone. good call.

wish i had a free hookup to protein cause i can hardly afford the shit.

Yeah, the shit is awesome on some pancakes. Makes it taste like cake. I wouldn't make it part of my "diet", but it'll sure as hell fix a sugar craving when you have one.

You're right sadly. 318lbs. But oddly, never too fond of sweets. I'm a peanut butter fanatic though.

Damn Nova. I miss peanut butter. Cutting blows. When they come up with a fat free/low carb peanut butter, I'm gonna be all over it.

where is the red meat? Although there is a slight association between serum total and LDL cholesterol and risk for coronary heart disease. Reducing LDL cholesterol reduces the risk of coronary heart disease, but some suggest that red meats may not adversely affect the serum lipid profile when compared with white meats (poultry and fish).
