    cutting/ fat loss advice needed (please)

    Hello Champs,

    I've just completed a 12-week cycle of MK677 and RAD140 and am now aiming to lose some excess fat while maintaining my lean muscle mass.
    I'm considering a new stack, possibly Tbol and Anavar . Does anyone have any experience or thoughts on this combination?

    Additionally, I'm thinking about options like Clen with Anavar or Clen with Tbol. If anyone has tried these combinations, Id appreciate your insights. I plan to include a liver protection supplement as well.

    Sure, here are my stats: 6'4", 41 years old, with 20% body fat, weighing in at 240 lbs.
    I started my 12-week SARMs cycle at 223 lbs and now I'm up to 240 lbs.

    My advice is use a test base.

    But because you asked tbol can be used for cutting I suppose as cutting is diet dependent but Id stick with anavar 50mg a day on a cut.

    Great advice on usage of clen here https://forums.steroid.com/members-c...ing-cycle.html but truthfully my body responds and gets much leaner with ECA stack.

    Not having a test base will have you feeling like the dogs dinner.

    Thus the most basic advice: have a test base.

    At 41, TRT may make sense for you, rather than cycling.

    Personally, I would recommend:

    Blood work to see what your numbers look like. It would have been ideal to have those before touching the rad and mk, buy IIWII.

    Take a look at starting TRT. If the needle bothers you, testosterone cream is a good option.

    In a nutshell, you are suppressing your natural production for negligible benefit. The risk reward ratio is skewed in the favor of risk. That is backwards. Oral only cycles, and cycles without test, are a bad idea for men.

    Finally, cut vs bulk starts with diet. Dial that in before looking for chemical assistance.

    I'm committed to fine-tuning my diet, reducing it by 600-700 calories, and maintaining intense workouts and cardio. Considering this, which of the following options would you recommend:

    1.Tbol, Anavar , and Test
    2.Clen and Test
    3.Anavar and Test
    4.Tbol and Test

    (again everything is oral)

    Another thing is that Rad-140 is pretty much test/ testolone/TRT...if i take that as base, that means I will go over 12 weeks of using it. Is that even recommended?
    I have savage line PCT just in case

    If you're trying to avoid a needle, AAS may not be for you.

    As one that had an embarrassingly unwarranted fear of needles....well I had some bad dentist visits when I was young, so I blame those....man get over the aversion to injections. Just not worth it at your age. Small gauge needles are easy and you don't feel them in the slightest!

    Once you decide to man up.....lol....for a first cycle...first because you haven't ran a test base cycle yet, then run a test only cycle to see how well your body responds to the test alone. Using multiple steroids at one time isn't wise until you know how your body reacts to each compound.

    20% BF means your diet needs attention. Save your money and hire a dietician/nutritionist or a personal trainer instead.
