Doing a Cut Diet: Check if I am ok with this?
4 days Lower carb and 2 days with HIGH Carbs!
1] 6 Eggs {2 yolk} with 2 slices of WWB and 8 oz. OJ {fruit on High Carbs days}
- Maybe an Iced coffee
2] 1 cup Oats mixed with Whey and Skim Milk {fruit on High Carb Days}
3] Tuna w Mayo or Turkey Sandwich with Mayo and mustard
-Grapefruit
4] PWO Whey, oranges, blueberries, bananas natural PB, yougurt and Ice
5] 2 skinless Chicken Breast w/ Broccolli or Steak w/ 1 Baked Potatoes
6] Whey and 2 tsp. NPB with 1/4 cup almonds
Any advice or changes?
