    Cut Diet - Need Advice

    Doing a Cut Diet: Check if I am ok with this?

    4 days Lower carb and 2 days with HIGH Carbs!

    1] 6 Eggs {2 yolk} with 2 slices of WWB and 8 oz. OJ {fruit on High Carbs days}
    - Maybe an Iced coffee
    2] 1 cup Oats mixed with Whey and Skim Milk {fruit on High Carb Days}

    3] Tuna w Mayo or Turkey Sandwich with Mayo and mustard
    -Grapefruit

    4] PWO Whey, oranges, blueberries, bananas natural PB, yougurt and Ice

    5] 2 skinless Chicken Breast w/ Broccolli or Steak w/ 1 Baked Potatoes

    6] Whey and 2 tsp. NPB with 1/4 cup almonds

    Any advice or changes?

    really bad diet man, check the diet forum. there are a lot of tips to get yo started.
    I honestly can't modify this one. u jyst need to re-do and re-search ur info.

    He's being honest. That diet isn't good for cutting, bud. He was trying to be helpful and tell you to check out the cutting stickies. I suggest doing that, too.

    well tell me wheres the problem? .. i have between 25-50 gram of protein with each meal, good carbs , Ess. Fats? tell me where i went wrong , id love to know?.. ADVICE PLEASE FROM VETS!

    mayo has alot of fat and i only eat carbs like oats with water in the morning and i eat no fruit wile cutting alot of sugars and carbs the only thing i drink is water and i take in my body weight in protine 1g per pound split into 7 meals a day with my last meal is a casin shake with flax seed oil for good fats and omags

    Good carbs? Baked potatoes are horrible for cutting! Their glycemic index is through the roof, I believe its 85. An insulin spike is the last thing you want that late in the day. Get rid of all the fruit and the OJ, maybe the only exception is on your high carb days you can sneak in a banana pwo. Switch to casein protein for your final meal (instead of the whey) and entirely to many fats in your last meal. One tbls of NPB will be sufficient and add the almonds to meal 2. Rework your diet and then we can go from there. Out of curiosity what are your stats?

    try sweet potatotoes and yam they are low g.i also try to consume your carbs from green veggies, oats, brown rice they are all low g.i carbs..
