i have my eggwhites in the morning with some oats i use extra virgin olive oil in the pan, i realize this is a fat and im having carbs is this abd having the fat aka olive oil w/ te carbs aka aots. if so,what do u use for that pan so eggs dont stick? thanks
I always use olive oil with my eggwhites. I dont think its a problem.
besides your body and brain needs carbs..if you knock them out in the morning youll be good bro

Medium Chain Triglyceride. Think of EFA's with a better carbon structure where it is less likely to be stored as bodyfat. Parrillo makes some great MCT oil called Cap-Tri.

Google John Parrillo Cap Tri and you should see plenty hits to help you out. Some good reading material on it also. I am not affiliated with them in any way, just had really good luck with the product.

Fats don't necessarily make you fat, calories do. I would worry about the carbs if you need to cut calories.Quote:
