Ice Cream

Is there any ice cream that one can eat that won't hinder your diet plans?

LOL! Unless your bulking, i did find a quasi- healthy 98% fat free ice cream that i was throwing in PWO during my last bulk, buuutttt I was hell bent on putting on weight. Stats werent horrible, 4g protein, 2g fat, 30g carb, I figured it was PWO so what the hell.....but even then... I stopped bc I felt guilty and considered it a cheat

I understand. I am trying to put on weight, but I want to keep the bodybuilder look and not the bloated water retaining look.

Lol to all your questions about alcohol and ice cream. You sure have a funny approach to bodybuilding. Don't mean to flame you its just sort of odd. Actually have you considered the best McDonald's burger for bodybuilding or the best doughnut's from krispykreme, hehe.

I'll be back in a few hours, just going to pop out and get some doughnut's, oh I mean tuna, going to get some creamy tuna.

Acyually that sort of stuff doenst tempt me, I dont even think of it as being food, and on the occasion when I am coerced into taking a bite or two it never tastes as good as I remember from back when I used to eat such things. Either my guilt ruins the experience or my taste buds have become accustomed to more natural sources of nutrients.

I dont attach, you use the URL of the image directly.

Click on a picture to get its URL, click yellow mountainy thingy (for image attach) paste link and enjoy.

Thanks for that, I cant believe I've never noticed that button. Also I was on the right track with the html code but this board either uses a different programming language of some kinf, it seems to be simplified. The tags are the button is just a shortcut for that.

Some images/sites will block out the picture URL (stopping you from posting pic) since your pretty much stealing their bandwidth. If you don't understand what that means don't worry that just means your not a computer nerd like me.

I know what it means, the technical term for it is hot linking I believe. I did not know that they could block it though, very cleaver.

Oh hang on, do you mean that they prevent right mouse button clicking so that you cant view the url? There are ways around that.

There are ways to prevent:
Right mouse/ save
Highlight copy/paste
and hot linking as you call it (unable to link to a picture on someone else's site)

but you can still get around it and ill share my secret.

Screen capture / crop

mick86 and DSM4Life --->

It's all good though. Bump it up there.

The newbie questions are because I am new to the whole diet thing and I am trying really hard to cut out all the stuff that will hinder my goals. I am doing a really job and have cut out Tons of stuff. Before I would just stuff my face with anything in sight and just try to get as many calories as I could. But now I have learned so much about Carbs, Proteins, Fats, Sugar, etc.

So sorry for my SILLY questions?

AND STOP JACKING MY THREAD or I will shove a down you guys throats!

If you've gotta cheat and want ice cream why not some water ice or frozen yogurt, not great but an option. OR you could get Optimum Whey Protein Ice Cream. Nah, doesn't exist. They do have a vanilla ice cream protein powder thats not bad

Cheating is normal. Once a week throw in a cheat to keep you sane, it goes a long way.

definetly. unless you are in contest prep and need all your macros to be perfectly in check, cheating is fine.

well huh ice cream what a waste of calories.

Sure if you want to eat it when your cutting but dam.

When i cut i try to get some real food for a limited number of calories.

Even if you have a cheat meal/cheat day once a week or something ice cream is a garbage choice.
