need help with bmr
My bmr is 4166 to maintain my current weight.
my nutritional needs are.
Carb 1667 417
proteins 1250 313
fat 1250 139
Im 18 300 lbs 26% body fat. im going to the army in 2-3 months im starting my 6 meal plan tomorrow. i making my meal list tonight. i watch these videos on nutrition from this body builder(its a sticky i forget what it is) he said atleast 1g of protein per pound. so i need a minimum of 300g of protein(im thinking about doing 400g). he didnt talk about how much carbs i should taking in 417 seems like ALOT. he keep useing a 200lbs person as an example and said 100g of carbs. what do you guys think i should be taking in.
