Feedback on my Diet?, thanks
Lets see...here my kinda anarchik diet. I try and keep it clean. In fact its mandotary for me to keep it clean.
I dont count calories nor grams.
Meal 1:
Nice Bowl of Oats with soy milk or natural yogurt.
Protein shake
Multivit
Meal 2 (post WO)
Apple (0n WO days) Baked Potatoe on non WO days.
Protein Shake
glutamine+BCAAs
Meal 3:
Assorted veggies gilled or boiled with olive oil
Chicken or turkey (grilled or oven)
2 Big potatoes or sweet potatoes (if season) or Pasta
Meal 4:
Bowl of oats and protein shake.
Nuts
Meal 5:
Boiled rice (normal or basmati) with tuna or salmon (in water) or sardines...
Meal 6:
Assorted veggies gilled or boiled with olive oil
Fish or Meat
Nuts
Drink about 3-4 litres of water daily
