Seems like you know your stuff, and for lack of anyone elses opinions so far I'd say your diet looks pretty solid. Are you eating sugar free jelly/jam PWO? If not I would recommend it.
Also how many carbs are in those rice cakes? the reason I ask is that you may not be getting enough carbs PWO...
theres 42 gs of carbs between the 6 rice cakes. iv been thinking more carbs but i dont really know. i was going to go with jam that is no sugar added but still has alot of natural?
There actually is sugar free jam. I got mine at wal mart.
And I would have some oats, sweet potato, barley or brown rice PWO. not the processed stuff in rice cakes.
45 - 50g of protein from whey PWO a sweet potato and some fish oil is how I roll LOL,
