I AM OFF CYCLE RIGHT NOW
i have heard that chicken consumption will promote estrogenic activity, thus harming muscle gain and fatloss performance. (since the chickens are injected with hormones) i take 450 gram of protein a day and 400 comes from CHICKEN FILLET!!! is this just a hype by the media or is this true
i am off-cycle right now thus this estrogenic activity will play a great role in effecting my performance
will supplementing with proviron helps? or is the estrogen in chickens are just bs!
im feeling a little soft lately, may be it's just in my head..
any studies supporting your argument?
i dont wanna swap my diet, i wanna keep chicken as the key diet
