beer diet
something ive been pondering.
lets say theoretically that if a person was concerned with bulking. and that person required 3500cals/day. would it be more beneficial to get a portion of those calories from achohol to reach the 3500cals or fall short. im talking like on a daily basis.
so for example
you consume 500 alcohol calories and 3000 quality calories
or... you consume 3100 quality calories, but you need 3500
could it be that ive just justified to myself why i should drink every night!

lol in a far out way, it could make sence..
but on the other hand, alcohol screws with your growth hormones and your testosterone ...
sp really. youd be doing yourself out of your gains on a performance side.

could be done, sure. in terms of addition though, not in terms of bodybuilding.

Beer is full of empty calories, Bad calories, alcohol is bad 4 u when your on the sauce and tryin to get big n ripped, I have quit drinkin for 6 months so far to reach my goals.
Dont drink bro.
