iam 15% bf starting cycle next week. this is my diet now
8.30- half cup of oats, half whey shake. pro 25g carb 20g fat ?
11.00- 1 tin of tuna, 1 slice of holeweat bread. pro 30g carb 15g fat ?
2.00- same as above.
3.00- workout- whey shake. pro 50g
6.00- chicken breast with whole grain pasta. pro 40g carb 40g fat ?
10.00- casein shake. pro 40g.
will this diet work? want to keep bf down, bloat down, and cut a little.
