does this look like a good diet beenie?......i am taking 9 grams of cla and i am also gonna supplement with a mag/potassium pill but i dunno when and how uch to take of it can you help please?.....
The basic plan looks awesome to me, but I would up the amount of food or you are going to be famished. 3 eggs, 6 oz of tuna and 6 oz of beef would leave me tired, hungry and weak. Also, I suspect you will need more protien so that you dont lose muscle. The general idea you have seems really well thought out. The CLA and ECA stack will help as will cardio, which will further speed up your metabolism.
