lets say I'm 38 years old 6 foot tall and weigh in at approx 180-182lbs(depends on the day I suppose). According to a Tantia body composition calculation my fat mass is 17.6 lbs with a FFM of 165lbs..
To cut what should my target calories be ? It it based on the total body weight or the FFM? What about during a bulking phase?
What should my intake be ?
