Nee some diet help for my girlfriend
She is looking to lose around 35-40 lbs. She is doing cardio for about an hour per day, treadmill and eleptical. I told her she can't be skipping meals it is gonna do more damage than good. It seems women have it in their heads if they don't eat there gonna lose all this weight. Anyways, would a high protein low carb diet be best? When she does eat it's good food she eats lots of fruits, yogurt, and turkey. No junk food and everything is low in fat and low in sodium. I told her she also should get a whey isolate that she can mix with some fruit after her cardio. Also, how many small portions a day would be a good?
